A Knight in Chess Can Hit Every Square Exactly Once

A chess board consists of 64 total squares – 8 rows up and 8 rows across. The knight chess piece is known for it’s L shape movement – traveling either 2 square horizontally and 1 square vertically or 2 squares vertically and 1 square horizontally. Using this movement of the knight, it can travel around the board and hit all 64 squares exactly once. Check out the animation below that displays how this is done.
