Rainbow Chicks
Dye is injected into chicken eggs to create a colorful spectrum of baby chicks when they hatch. Chicken farmers insist that the dye is non-toxic and causes no harmful effects to the birds. The colorful effect only lasts for a few weeks and disappears after the chickens grow new feathers. Pretty bizarre!
